During his 13 years at the University of Virginia, Jim served as Deputy Athletics Director, where he oversaw major operational areas, led strategic planning initiatives, and implemented the university’s Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) program. His previous leadership roles at Vanderbilt University and the University of Georgia further cement his reputation as a trusted advisor in college sports.
